Mobile Balance Deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Ghazipur , U.P.&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Aircel</p>I have a tarrif plan of 33 Rs. (A2A 10p/min , A2O 30p/min local)…

But when i call any aircel or other network..
it will cost 60p/min from my balance…
and when i call to Customer care , they don’t help.

please help me.
