Name of company/service: Airtel
On 19/01/13,I had recharge my mobile with Rs 50 and my mobile balance was showing above 43. I had also recharge my mobile with Internet 3g package of 1 GB. At night my mobile balance is showing 00.00.When I contacted the Airtel customer care ,they are saying that they have cut my balance due to internet usage.But since I already have internet balance, how can they deducte my talktime balance.This is clear cheating.Please help me in this regard.
