Mobile and walkie disconnection

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Mumbai kandivali&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Tata</p>Mobile 9220355185 and tata walkie 6413034 Which i have used as nri for over three years got disconnected on 28th Nov2012 after using them for a week on my arrival from abroad without warning inspite of credit balance of app.150 rs and 440 rs.respectively.Also I had the clear message on 27th that my credit balanceis Rs—.and I can make call upto in excess of 2020.exact date cant be given having been disconnected.
Contacted the gallery in Kandivali without result and complained but no answer.Please help.
