Mobile and Dongle poor support service

Name of company/service: Airtel

I never expect a customer service like this. I paid all overdue and even extra until the date (06.07.2012) to convert my postpaid connection into a pay as you go one. The representative (Nagerbazar, Kolkata relationship centre) took the payment and all documents and assured it would be converted within 48 hours. Today is 28th July and I have received a new bill. Nothing’s been done. When I called the cust care after long stupid music and promotions the agent said they don’t have any clue or update in the system and I need to talk to the relationship centre again. I ask the company what about the value of our MONEY & TIME ? I do not know who is directly responsible for this, the representative or the company, I do not have leisure time to go to that relationship centre again and again and beg to do what needed to be done long ago. I’m not gonna pay a single penny anymore & never recommend AT anyone. I never felt such problems in the UK whichever company has provided service.. be it T Mobile, Three Mobile, O2 or whatever. Indian mobile companies r such a chaos, confused and bloody profit making without any responsibility of services. Faced trouble with AT 3G Dongle before too. I dunno what database Airtel people use.. I use a 3g connection and the company sent me a 2G dongle when I had to buy it due to the loss of the first one. Ridiculous. I lost my important works and time being disconnected from the world.
