mobile amount paid but not received

Dear Sir,

My name is shivaram kumar akiri,i have online shopping with india shopping marts to take mobile online purchase and paid amount 6000/- through sbi cheque by neft and the company given me offer to purchase that product cash prize of 95000/-i have not interested but the company executive requested me and conviencing me, so i agreed,but he put on one condition you pay tax of this prize 15,500/- and the benfit of cash prize amount 0f 1,10,000/-tranzaction through bank with in half an hour, so i agree and paid tax tds of this amount through bank by neft (he given a/c of hdfc,noida,sec 12)that a.c no.50200011872083,ifsc-HDFC0001223, so i paid but he not given the amount and my purchase of mobile and he ask again 22500/-amount but i refuse the benfit amount and return my paid amount but he not return that amount and he said i cant help that amount,so i taken through case of consumer court but he not afraid you proceed advise given, so please kindly sir take action and return my mobile amount and my tax amount total paid 40,500/- please help me.
