Respected Sir / Madam,

I Ganesh Gambhire from Nashik (Maharashtra) purchase the Micormax mobile A116 mobile dated on 22-5-2013 from sai Moblie Store Nasik from 7th day of purchase date I facing the charging problem and incoming sound problem on 29-5-2013 i submitted the mobile to SLR-One stop Mobile services Add-Fc-6 Thakkar Bazar New central bus stand ,trimbak Road Nasik-422002 After the they give me various reasons (i.e. Mother Board not yet received ,Employee are not available etc.)On 18-07-2013 they give me my mobile A116 but when i checked the mobile i found that the unknown married couple trip photos but when i asked about that they are not able to give me the satisfied answer and still i facing the same problem on 20-7-2013 i re-submitted the mobile to service center but still to update i did not received my Mobile & when I asked the what time is required for repaired but they give me the still various reasons Right now i totally mentally harass the micro max mobile services that’s why i submitted the complaint to consumer court i only know that i want my new cellphone back in proper condition and your apologize acceptance on written words other wise this same issues will discuss on consumer court very soon..
