I bought a mobile of alcatel (MTS)from Anam international, zakir nagar, okhla new delhi-25, just two month ago.
its jack is not working, i.e there is problem in charging. I contact anam international, they replied that now we are not selling this mobiles. I then contacted mts customer care, they gave me some address. I then contacted on these addresses but they again replied that they are not working for this mobile.
