MOBIKWIK WORST SERVICE

I was using a MOBIKWIK app in my tablet to recharge my mobile postpaid and prepaid connections, I did a Txn on 09.05.2014 through Mobikwik to recharge my prepaid of Rs-52/-, the amount was deducted but my prepaid was not recharged, I called to help centre they assured me that your amount will be refunded within 7 to 21 days, after one month I again contacted to them, the same thing they told me again, many time I called them but same thing they told me. The amount is not so big but this is my right to raise voice on unfair deduction. Kindly help me to refund my unfair deduction.And also intimate me on my email about the action taken against these fraud type of apps which are deducting the unfair balance of innocent people.

    Worst service ever by mobikwik in today’s e-commerce world, will suggest never do transaction with mobikwik.
