MNP related issue

Dear sir,

We have applied for the mnp request from postpaid cdma reliance to prepaid gsm docomo. During mnp request i have cleared all the bills. copy of bill is also provided to requested docomo company. MNP was successful but after 2 months my outgoing and incoming was barred, reason was that previous bill was not cleared. firstly, bill was paid. Secondly, my deposit of rs500 is already with reliance and bill recovery shown by reliance is rs.239. Instead of security deposit, no adjustment was made. Again, we have deposited another bill for rs.240. Instead of resuming my service, my mnp get cancelled and docomo officials are now unable to do anything. my number is now showing no signal because without any permission or intimation, number is disconnected by reliance. i m using my number from last 6 years. Due to this my business is affected. You are requested to do justice for us.
