Name of company/service: IDEA

i want to switch to an another network and for that purpose i have sent several requests to my current network (IDEA).But they didn’t respond to my requests. i have asked them for the UPC code, that is used for porting the connection. but i don’t understand why they are not doing anything for my request. i am totally fed up. i want some serious and quick step in respect to my requests. my mobile no is 7384376474. thanking u.
