Name of company/service: mts

I want port my number MTS to other , my number 8016166116,
i have a sms to 1900 (PORT 8016166116) but they not give me the “upc” (port code). when sms send i revive a report that sms delivered . i call customer care many time they cant help me. i facing the priblem about 20 th july till now. plaese help me.
