Bought new idea sim 15 days back.Got a call from Idea servicer for proof verification.Found that my sim was on other consumer name (as Mudhur roy ) .Try to contact with teleservice and retail outlet.But i’m not getting help from either side.So I’m com[letely not responsible for misuse of sim in the future.Requesting you look into the matter and take the necessary action.
