Name of company/service: Metlife India Insurance Co. Ltd.
It seems that Metlife is not all interested in serving its customers, be what so ever happens to the hard earned money.
Please note that at the time of selling the policy I was inform that this plan is a guaranteed and the plan given to me is a ULIP, thus this proves that I have been cheated & my hard earned money has been misused.
I only came to know about the fact of the policy when I had received the account statement in which the fund value of the policy was written. To my shock I had paid Rs.4,00,000/- & the current market value of the Fund was Rs.2,40,000/-
