mistake in product delivery not rectified

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Rocca

I have installed some Rocca bath fittings in my house. A mistake was made in delivery. A technician from Rocca visited on 29th May and promised to deliver the correct product in a week. I have made umpteen calls to their service centre and to various Rocca personnel, even complained on their website, but have not received the product yet.
