Last month we got a new Gas cylinder after booking. After opening this seal we found that main washer is missing and it is leading to leaking of gas and it is just because of negligence of that particular authority. We immediately informed to that supplier but they responded after 12 hours. Finally they came and replaced the washer and also charged rupees 30 for that. I don’t know why they are charging this for this problem.
