Dear sir,
Iam using sbi credit card and from past 5 to 6 months iam not getting my statements and they are sending messages that it is delivered to sunil. I dnt know who is this sunil is. And after complaining continuously for two months to SBI one day courier’s area manager mr.prabhakar came and said that they are wrongly delivered to some others . So we said please bring delivery boy so that we will take our statements back and they said they wil be back by evening and they didn,’t turned back.this happened one week back. Today also we called him there is no proper response. Please take action against them. It is SDL couriers hyderabad.
