This is to inform you that my name is anand pd patel CRN – 38344310, and couple of month back i have open my account and Kotak mahindra bank salary account along with De mat and trading account. but as if now Rs. 10350.00 have been transfer to Kotak securities instead of this i have not any kind of securities kit along with details.

One of your reps (Sachin)has filled my de-mat opening apps twice but i have not received yet, i don’t know why bank reps are misguiding us and playing bank reputation.

Also i today 11/08/2012, made a call to Kotak securities customer service reps Mittal, she told me that we have not receive any amount which has been transfer from your account.
