MISSED FLIGHT AS CAB NOT REACHED IN TIME AT PICKUP POINT

Dear Sir / Mam,

This is to bring to your notice that I have been an old customer of ola cab services,but experience of using OLA CABS this time has been very pathetic/ painful. By going thru the following contents,you can understand the pain of customers :I missed my flight causing a loss of Rs.17766/- to me and purchased new tickets .

Booking done at 9:53 a.m. (23/12/14) for dropping at Hyderabad Airport (RGI Airport, Hyderabad) vide

booking number CRN 22342642 (Pickup Time 7 p.m. – 23/12/13)

Again called to call centre for Booking Reminder at 6:04 p.m. (23/12/14)

At 6:46 p.m.(23/12/14) got two messages from OLA Cabs

[1.] that “you have got a free upgrade – CRN 22342642, Driver – Shaikh Muhdghouse (9573365468), Grey Mahindra Verito (AP 13 TV 1389) will pick you up.

[2.] Say OLA to your driver Shaikh Muhdghouse(9573365468) for CRN 22342642, to track your cab.

We called up to driver (AP 13 TV 1389) and he confirmed that he would be reaching by 7 p.m. but he didn’t turn up

Again at 6:52 p.m., we got a regret message from OLA Cabs, that the booking CRN 22342642 has been cancelled by them on their own.

With malafide intentions, they have cancelled our previous booking (22342642),which was done in the morning at 9:53 a.m. and again rebooking was done at the same time of cancellation (6:59 p.m.) with booking ID CRN:22441756 and free upgrade of cab : White Swift Dezire (TS 08 UA 0325) ) Driver Venkateswarlu(9160296979) with pickup commitment at 7:15 p.m. (23/12/14) , but again the cab did not turn up.

Again they updated details with a new cab – White Tata Indica (AP 24 V 5100) under same booking ID CRN22441756 at 7:03 p.m. (23/12/14) and finally cab reached at pickup point at 7:41 p.m. (23/12/14),almost 41 minutes late as per booking schedule, and at the same 7:41 p.m., we got a regret message from OLA Cabs at 7:41 p.m., that “Your cab has arrived, while we regret the delay” (showing the arrival time at pickup point ) and by that time we were almost too late as our flight was at 8:55 p.m. from Hyderabad airport, and due to all this, we reached airport at 8:43 p.m.( pls refer bill generation time ) already late to board our scheduled flight.

Please refer to your bill sum of Rs. 653, where we were also over-charged in spite of Cab Up gradation, i.e. We still had to pay Sedan Charges , though we had booked a MINI CAB. But the issue doesn’t ends here, Our flight , that was scheduled to take off at 8:55 p.m. got missed due to unprofessional and unethical approach of Team OLA (Hyderabad ) which costed me Rs. 17766/- (bills attached with boarding passes )which I spent on buying new flight tickets of AirIndia (Flight No.A I – 559); Time 6:10 a.m., 24/12/14) the next day morning and spent almost 9 hrs at Hyderabad airport with my family to board the next flight , I booked .

Pls feel my pain of missing a flight and again spending of Rs.17766/-on purchasing new tickets all because of pathetic services of OLA CABS in Hyderabad and till eleventh hour they were just assuring us that cab is reaching at point but that finally reached 41 minutes late after somany changes / cancellation by tham at their own and we missed our flight

For your reference screen shots of messages , alongwith old / new tickets with boarding passes are being attached.

Request you to pls look into the matter in detail and arrange compensation of our new tkts cost Rs.17766/-at the earliest.
