i booked a tablet from pan tel technologies, they supplied defective one, returned them back with my expence, they said if you add 2750+service charge than we will give next model they given a secondhand tablet, with out any accessories , they are cheating customer in the name of bsnl, bsnl has nothing to do with tablet but they put bsnl logo on tablet for the sake of sales
