I am here by to inform you that I have purchased a mobile Sony Xperia E on dated 9.8.2013 on EMI option.After knew informtion about the EMI facility I contacted with my bank and they said you can avail this offer from the shop.Then I interested to buy high range mobile phone that is Rs.9000 for 12 months of which EMI amount was Rs.750 per month.After completing the transaction I asked you manager how could I understood that my payment was successful with EMI option ,then he said to me it will come in your statement .Yesterday dated 20.8.2013 when I get my statement then it is showing credit amt Rs.9000 ,which I have to pay at a time.Then I contact to bank they said that the fault was done at the time of transaction,they did not select the EMI option.Then I contact with shop where they said after seeing the bill it was a full mode payment bill.A mistake was done by them at the time of transaction.Now they said it is not possible to convert to EMI option where Bank are saying if Spice intimate with the bank then it can convert to EMI.What shall I do??If it is not possible Then I want to return the product because and give money back because it is not possible to pay cash at a time.Where fault is your then Why should I suffer for that.
This is my earnest request to you please give me a solution as soon as possible.
