Dear Sir/Madam,
This is the my complaint against bharati airtel customer service that i called to executive to know mobile Internet charges at 02:55 PM on 17 March, 2013. But she did not give me proper response. She putted my call on hold, after waiting 3 and 4 minutes she disconnected my call. This is not a right way to response to customer. So that i requested to you kindly take the legal action against Bharati airtel and its executives.
