Miss Behavior for return job security money

Hi Sir,Ma’am,

I have given 10000/- for as job security . When i have try to back money from this person. This person name is Pawan. I am getting many times call at my number +91 90130xxxxx from 0120- 4737303 and 0120-4737335 and +91 8505963067. He is very miss behavior person. Could anybody please suggest/help me for same. Should i take help from police or some thing else. Please tell me best solution for same. I am looking for your help.
