misproviding of offer

sir,
my name is n.satyadilip, my mobile number is 8897777885.
actually i was ported to Vodafone 7 months earlier.
i was given a complementary offer in which i could avail 3000 messages valid for a month with the recharge of 37 and a call tarrif of 1ps. per 2sec.
now after 6 months that offer had expired.
when i contacted Vodafone costumer care they said i could renew that same offer for 6 more months with a recharge of 47.
i have recharged the same and have availed that offer for one month.
now when i recharged with 37 i got 31 rupees main balance instead of 3000 messages.
when i complained costumer care executive for the same, they are saying the offer has been changed.
how could they change it like that in middle of my offer validity?
please resolve my issue.
