There is Transaction issue occurred on 08.Aug.2013 by Vertical Ventures Pvt Ltd

They called me and told to me that they are from Master/ Visa Credit card being a Loyal customer to Master/Visa Cards they are providing a Discount Card. But i told them i m not Interested all these kind of Privileges…but they said it s an Complementary card giving to me with a free of cost. I told to them at first they are telling like this and later they will put a Charges after accepting, but they said it s a free of cost and the card i m using AXIS Master/Visa Credit card and they are authorized to AXIS Bank.
I argued around 1 hour but they told we are not cheating or not a fraud one and they asked to give and confirm the credentials of my Axis Credit Card. I was mislead ed at that time and they got my Credentials. The Transaction has been placed with out my notice or confirmation and Rs.7999 was spent and deducted from my Card.Then they told to me they are giving the card at cost of Rs.8000 only. I m not interested or willing to take the card but i was forcefully admitted and Fraud by them and After the Completion of Transaction i got the message alert the amount of Rs.7999 was deducted from my account. Then i able to knew about this Dispute.
Immediately i called to Axis Bank Customer care and Blocked my card and raised a Dispute. They told me to wait for Bill Generating Date and send mail to AXIS Customer care.
I tried to call them many times in the same day but i din t connect with them. They given a Wrong Number that we cannot able to reach them.
After a few days i got a call from courier Service that i got a Courier behalf of Vertical Ventures Pvt Ltd. But i Rejected and told to them i don t want to take the card please Revert back the Card to them.
After few days later on 17.Aug.2013 i got a call from them that i rejected the Card. I told to them i was cheated by them and i don t want any card. So please Revert back my money and refund Them. But they din t Respond.
Please Kindly resolve the Issue ASAP and Help me out form this Dispute.
I Tried to call them many times and i spoke to them, but they didn’t responded well. I asked to refund my money back. 06.09.2013 i called to them and again asked about the issue but they are telling stories they dispatched the parcel again to my address(which has i already rejected previously) and some persons who are unauthorized(not me) has received the parcel. how can it possible with out my authorization and addressing courier boys can hand over the parcel to unauthorized and the company i rejected the offer can send again to me after rejecting.
I’m in Financial problems past few months and frustrated from loss of salary payment and loss of money at the time of my wife pregnant and now she gave birth to a baby girl. but i don’t have money to take care for them instead of that i’ve to paid the money to the concerned bank department and raised dispute against the fraudulent transaction made by the Company.
So Please help me to Resolve the Grievance and Help me to sort out.
