on spicejet web page an advertisement was posted that on 23rd may 2012 on their 7th anniversary at 7am for 77mts tickets to any direct destination will be given for Rs.777 as celebration tickets
I attempted to book one ticket and to my surprise their web portal system was not working for more than 40 mts …! and appeared to me as misleading /fraud
I lodged a complaint ack no. CR/178115/2012 that your system was not working could be intentional too..!
I am told that latter they extended booking period upto 10.30am to accommodate their choice customer to whom you want to favor…!!!
that’s why people will book after 77 mts also…!
To resolve the issue company should accommodate me or should compensate me for resource and time applied
