Day 10.08.2015 I have tried to do my data recharge 1GB. But I have note sure the amount. While I have search the plan cost I found it cost was RS.197. through the help of my Axis bank net banking I have do the transaction but found no recharge been done against the same. Latter when I have check with there customer care executive they have refused to accept my incidence rather they said Vodafone do not have any such recharge option.
Pl look into it, if they really have not such type of option then why it is coming to the net & confusing the customer.
