Sir/Mam,
I have taken mobile insurance policy of above mentioned company Address :- 89, Bagichi Madho Dass, Opp. Lajpat Rai Market Near Redfort Delhi-110006. My mobile-Micromax canvas HD is dead since 12.06.2014.In between I had at several instances contacted with company office regarding the procedure for claim and followed their instructions but still there was no satisfactory action taken so far.
At last i have contacted with those shopkeeper named Fone Zone Next (Shop No. G9, Aggarwal City Plaza, Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi – 110085, Mo-9891525337) & Yogesh (mo -9250402462) to whom i have taken policy on their recommendation, then company has picked up my mobile on dated 09.07.2014 thereafter i have called more then hundred times to all of them no one is getting respond about my status of mobile phone whenever will be refunded till the date. I facing a lots of problems related to this.
please do the needful.
