my name is nadia faisal . on the basis of a mail andmsg received from sbi card regarding the redemption of reward points which they said expired on 31 st may i left my car for service at maruthi service masters. i was in for a rude shock during billing when they informed me that my card is invalid whereas when i called the customer care they informed me that i can redeem my reward points worth rs. 5440 / at any maruthi service centre. when i tried calling them i was directed to ivr since they don’t work on weekends. I called customer care on 1 st june whereby i was informed that my points has lapsed on 30 th april only, i enquired why i was sent the mail and msg they are not having any reply . i am still awaiting response to my calls and mail.
