Misleading Consumer / Artificial Hike

Dear Sir
As per the consumer protection act we are entitled to basic rights Right to be informed and Right to seek redresal but in the oder to maximise their profits International giants such as Amazon seem to have forgotten Business Ethics.
One after the other fraudulent activities are recorded by e commerce retailers who take Indian policies for granted.
I had registered for Micromax Yureka but on the day of sale 22-01-15 when I proceeded to buy the product I was gifted a response showing I was not registered to which I had got an confirmation before.
Later when I was to seek redressal I had called up Amazon custom care where I was told that the computer has recognized me as a registered buyer and it has been added to my cart for Rs 12999 which was actually of Rs 8999 on the site. Amazon failed to manage the traffic on there side hence misleading the consumer by showcasing such errors thereafter creating Artificial Hike in the market eliminating retailer through their exciting schemes. As a result a consumer is unable to seek redressal. I was abacked by such fraudulent activities by the global giant Amazon I will soon make provision and will take it to consumer court.
