misleading by customer care executive and no reimbursment

I converted my phone to postpaid where i asked to activate 199 talk plan and 199 internet plan and customer care executive (savita vaishya)chembur, mumbai vodafone store told me that she activated it and i was using my internet and after some days i come to know still my plan is not activated and they charged me around 950 bucks for internet usage in 10 days and they are not reimbursing it into internet plan and charging me 1500 bucks for 15 days only.They are not blaming there employee for wrong information and telling me that it cannot be reimbursed .I went to vodafone store many times and called them but they are not taking proper action.I just want to take action against that executive (savita vaishya) for not writing my complaint and not taking her work seriously and reimbursment of my money
