I had been contacted by an official from Timesjobs.com in May’2012. He offered me services of Timesjobs with an assurance that my Resume has already been shortlisted by Companies like IBM, Microsoft, Google, Nestle, Apple. Further, he confirmed that these Comapnies are willing to Contact me but for the same I need to register with Timesjobs by paying a one time fee of Rs.6,829/-. I agreed to the same and paid the amount through Credit Card. After that, Timesjobs amended my CV and sent a copy to me also. Post this action, till date I have got absolutely no service from TimesJobs. They have totally mi-represented the facts. If none of the Companies mentioned above had shortlisted my CV, WHY DID TIMESJOBS misrepresented and took my hard earned money fraudulently. I am highly dis-appointed and want to lodge a complaint for fraud and mi-representation. I also want to claim damages of Rs.100 Lakhs for the high mental torture, embarassment and trauma that I had to go through. I can provide complete details of my Order No and Payment made to TimesJobs.
