1. Misleading advertisement
They advertised free insurance for the first year, but not given. When I try to cancel the booking they were not returning advance and forced to take without free insurance.
2. They advertised Rs.3000 rebate for corporate customers. I given my ID details and Salary slip to Deedi as per their request. But later they did not provide the rebate. This was also advertised on the in News papers.
3. Extra money taken. They billed road tax and insurance extra than the actual bills provided by them.
