Marico had published 2 full page Ad. in leading newspaper and on TV for their new product’ Advansed parachute hair oil and scalp solution”, claiming that it stops hairfall with guarantee. 2012-06-01
Based on the ad.,I purchased the hair oil & their hair solution, which is quite expensive compared to other brands of hair oil.
After using the product for 2 weeks, I lost substantial amount of hair contrary to the claim of guaranteed hair fall prevention.
I brought this to the notice of the company vide complaint Ref. no. CR00008172 but no action has been taken by them
I request you to take this company to task and stop them from publishing such unsubstantiated advertisement in any media.
When a company makes such unsubstantiated claims, without verified by any Govt. agency, they must be penalised for misleading the consumer and causing damage to the consumers.
