misleading a customer

Location/place: GUWAHATI

Name of company/service: AIRCEL INDIA

i brought a aircel recharge card of 14 rupees (internet data pack) on 11.08.2013 for internet use in my mobile. but the internet pack is not working and is deducted from my main account balance.. i tried to contract aircel customer care more than once but their response was not good enough and they replied that due to the technical problem it is happening… even today (12.08.2013) i brought the same data card pack but it is not working today also… every time i recharge my main account balance they are deducting from my main account balance showing usages of internet…..please suggest me what should i do now…should i have to suffer every time for their technical defect…
