On date 07-04-2013 I called customer care & asked for ISD caling pack for South Africa.
Respondant told me to recharge Rs. 24/-.
I further asked him to confirm wehter the scheme is applicable for South Africa call or not?
He confirm.

I recharged for Rs. 24/- after around 5 minutes I called my brother at south Africa. just for 3-4 minutes Rs.48/- were deducted from my Balance.

I enquire at customer care about this. The Responding Lady told me that scheme will only be applicable after half an hour.

on date 08-04-2013 I made trial call for 5 seconds only. Rs. 12/- got deducted from my account.

I called Idea customer care & talk to senior officer but he regretted to refund me. just mouth promise, that the same will not happened again.
