Misguided and turned away from commitment

I have taken a policy from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd, ” Guaranteed saving plan”. Policy no- 17268430. Purchase d on 20 dec’12. I dint got the policy documents till 3 months, even after i inquired so many times, which was very late, then i received documents on date: 16 mar’13. When receiving the policy document no acknowledgement was signed from me or my family members.

I read the documents, and i came to know that what was written in the document is not like i was told while taking policy. I was told by the agent that interest will be paid to me by 28%, but it was not mentioned anywhere in document. Also they told me while taking policy that, this is an special offer to me, as ICICI was celebrating its anniversary. Also during verification call record, first time they asked me to take all details from agent, then during my second call my agent told me to say that i know each & every thing about policy.

Then immediately i asked in ICICI customer care office nagpur, they told me that it cannot be written on your document that interest will be paid by 28%, also they denied that there were no special offer going that time.

Then i applied for closure of policy in free-looking period in written application on date:20 mar’13.
Now my agent in not receiving my calls not even contacting me. His mobile no, is: 8898667382.
I request ICICI to send me the copy of my undersigned policy receiving document proof.
