I had joined VLCC manimajra chandigarh centre around end of november 2011 and told them that i want loose 10 kgs and they said that it will be done in 2 months.i paid them the money and they asked me to sign some. I signed it on their face value and they wrote that your expiry date is in 100 days and I asked them why are they mentioning about the expiry date and they said it just a formality and we will make you loose 10 kgs.I asked them is it possible that it will be done in 2 months time and they said yes for the same and also mentioned that 100 days is such a long period for them.my concern is how will I know how their system works and if they commit that it will be done in 2 months , it should be completed in two months but when I started taking the sessions i was loosing just 50 grams in a session and when this was happening i spoke about this to the centre manager that why so less weight loss is done in a session and with this how do you assure that i will loose 10 kgs in 2 months.After that day i am continously calling up at their centre that i want to speak to nidhi and she was too busy that not even once she bothered to speak to me.then suddenly one day i get a letter at home that my expiry date has arrived.I also want to mention that their employees on their own are filling up my reading card with incorrect readings.I made a complaint about this in their customer care and they said be assured that we will take action against it.Then finally on 28th june i get a mail that your expiry date is extended to 31st august.not even 2 kgs i have lost with their machines in so many months because I am loosing just 50 grams in a session and how do they expect me to loose 10 kgs in 2 months.They dont give you the session during your pms.About 10 days off during pms one has to take and they take the sessions only on alternate days and they refuse to give you the session if in the next sitting your reading is more than your previous reading.I had sent a reply to hemshikha mentioning that how do you expect to loose 10 kgs in 2 months and Hemshikha did not bother to reply back to that email. Also I had called up Hemshikha but nobody picked up the phone.
I have been continuously calling at Chandigarh Manimajra centre to enquire about things and their employees say that we will call back and they don’t call back at all.
My money is wasted and I am not being rendered the proper services which they claimed that will give me.They are more interested in talking about expiry date then giving me the services. They had also commited about the complimentary beauty service and they are not talking about the said service at all.Why are their employees writing incorrect readings on my session card?
