misguide from Reliance Advisors (Name: Avishkar Deshmukh, Mr. Karan -Panvel Branch)

I am having an Insurance Policy (money back plan) with Reliance Life Insurance from last 4th years. Now two weeks ago, I had received call from Reliance, Panvel Branch from their advisor i.e Mr. Avishkar Deshmukh. He had told me that if you pay your 5th installment immediately then we will transfer your old policy to our new Reliance Fund where your fund value will get increase. I got ready to pay my 5th installment that time. So next day he had immediately sent one person to collect my cheque of Rs.10000/- and documents. He had told me that you will receive one paper from Reliance where your all details will be mentioned and your fund value also will get increase. But in actually I had received new policy (same Money Back Plan) whose premium mode is half yearly which I cant pay for 5th years. He had totally misguide me Now I want to cancel this new policy & my money back as it is without deducting their initial charges.
