MY FATHER OWNED A POLICY FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ AGAINST MY PRIVATE CAR TATA SAFARI AND AFTER THE DEATH OF MY FATHER I WAS UNABLE TO TRANSFER THE PAPERS OF THE VEHICLE ON MY NAME AS I AM A STUDENT AND ELDER SON WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THE LEGAL NORMS AND TERMS OF THE COMPANY ABOVE THAT KNOWING THE FACT THAT MY FATHER DIED THE AGENT DID NOT STATED THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE COMPANY LIKE (THE POLICY SHOULD BE TRANSFER WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE DEATH OF OWNER OF THE VEHICLE) AFTER THE VEHICLE MET AN ACCIDENT THE COMPANY REPUDIATED MY CLAIM
