Name of company/service: bharti airtel ltd.
I had an issue of too much call rates. Then I decided to port my number. The next customer care executive called me and offerd me not leave the company against a benefit in call rate. But he didn’t tell me that Daily one rupee will deduct from my account. Now their supervisor is also not responding to my complaint.
