Misguidance for bill payment

I have received a legal notice from reliance communication Pune that i have to attend the court as i have not paid bill of Rs 1172. As i my husband visited the Panjim branch to pay bill as i am shifted to Dubai. I had also emailed reliance about my inconvenience to pay the bill as there was no online facility available.
As soon as my husband reach Goa he went to reliance office to pay bill Mr Ravi executive in reliance checked the bill amount and said to get full and final settlement we need to pay 4000 and accordingly by husband paid the amount.
To my surprise i received bill on email to pay more where i replied to the email but there is no revert for the same.
Today when i was checking for email i received legal notice.
Need to resolve it as earliest. A
