Misguidance by team member

I have ordered a cake for today which was suppose to be delivered today. I have made the deliver date as 3rd April, which was advised to me by one of your team mate named Mr.Ravi (09836364260). I followed up with him till 6. he said the delivery will happen by 7 pm today. When i enquired again they said there is no booking for same day as it was mentioned for April 3rd.
