It is to bring to your kind notice that ,’I’ ‘Avaneesh Kumar Maurya,’ owner of Spice QT68 faced some problems in Spice Customer Care Office. I purchased Spice QT68 model on 24th April,2012 with a warranty of 1 year. I started facing some problems in the set and I went to the nearby Spice Customer Care Office in Ghaziabad(Opposite to Bazariya Railway Station Road) on date 18 April,2013.
The Customer Care officials not only rejected my Warranty Claim but also misbehaved as if they were diverting the customers. It is very regretting on the part of the Company since my problem in the set lies well within the domain of the Warranty Claim.
I even tried to contact the Spice higher officials but still no response from the company.
