Misbehaviour of Aircel Customer Care!

I dialled 198 to launch a complaint regarding to my internet connection which is really slow! Then someone I don’t remember his name from Aircel just kept arguing and he refused launched the complaint but when I force him to do he just began to behave in such bad manners I can’t believe it! Although it’s been many years I’m using Aircel but I’m think about to move to Vodafone in which the consumer receives a feedback text on the behaviour of the customer care.
