misbehavior by management and not refunding fee

Me and my friend joined NIIT Preet vihar on 26th july 2012.
On the first day class was fine , the second day we missed the class due to some problems , the third day the faculty or the managemnet did not send a message or called up they changed the timing without informing us whereas they promised us at the time of admission that they will inform us whenever there’s change in timing or anything.
We had a word with the head AAkanksha Sharma we told her everything, she asked us to go to and attend the class , when we enetred the class our resp. faculty shouted on us for not attending the class and all she even not told us about the previous chapters of 2nd class.
Agian we went to the head she called another faculty and said these two girls are saying mam was not in the class due to internal conflicts in the management, they insulted us infront of the whole managemnt and class. Despite of telling director again n again even by parental pressure he dint take any action and refused to refund the fee.
