Misbehavior by Center head of Nokia Care.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My friend owns a Nokia Handset C5-05 Which has a manufacturing defect. She purchased it on 09-12-2011 and since then its Touch Pad has been replaced 6 times but every time the same problem arises within a few days. On the 7th visit to to the Nokia Care center on 23/06/2012 I accompanied her and we directly went to the center Manager( Miss Sunita Pangtey) an told her about the defect in the handset but instead of addressing to our problem she made excuses and said that the touch pad of the phone has been only replaced thrice as per her records , which is absolutely wrong. As we were not been treated properly I raised the pitch of my voice but she instead of addressing to our Problem refused to repair and replace the phone as she had demanded replacement and Permanent solution. She misbehaved with us and called her staff who argued and misbehaved with us badly. It is an absolute insult and against our dignity. The customer handling there has harassed us. Kindly look in to the matter for further dealing with Nokia, Please help us .
