Dear concern,
I’ve submitted my documents to enhance my credit card limit and it was being confirmed to me me the receiptof my documents on 13th July,2012 and TAT was 7 days.
my complain is this i’m calling continously to know the status customer care excutives have given me wrong information every time.No after 15 days they are asking me to deposit papers again and again and not transfering my call to officers.
Pls help me and resolve this issue.
