Misbehaved and pizza not delivered on time against the policy of the company

Location/place: Vaishali Ramprastha Greens Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: Dominos Pizzas

I have been a regular coutomer with Dominos pizza for a very long time and yesterday was my last order with the Dominos. The order no. is 402 where the order was taken by Ajit Kumar at 9:57 pm. My guests were waiting at my place which is just 5 Min drive from Vaishali Dominos outlet. At the time of ordering the pizza i specifically asked that my order will be delivered in 30 min or not, and i was given the assurance that it will be delivered on time. The pizza reached my place exactly after one hour saying that u have ordered 4 pizzas which means it will not be delivered on time. I spoke to the shift manager about the incident because my guests have left unattended, Mr. Abhinav Agnihotri was very rude on the phone and refused to aggree the mistake he has done. On top of it Ajit Kumar who took my order started misbehaving with me on the phone. The pizza came was cold and on top of it i was forced to pay as the company policy says clearly that if the pizza is not delivered in 30 Min it will be free. Its not about being free i have to face lot of embarassment in front of my guests and the quality of pizza and staff operating in Vaishali Branch In Ghaziabad. I have been a hotelier all my life and i know what is the value of regular coustomer and referal business. Its my duty to inform the management about the name these bunch of unprofessional who are just spoiling the brand of Dominos.
