Due to delay in EMI of my auto loan, one of an employee (named Nisha) called me for collection opf EMI. I said to her I will tell you when I get the amount or will come personally in your office (at D-mall pitampura) to submit the same, please do not send anybody at my home because I will not be available there because of my office time. She said ok & disconnect the phone line by herself. But on other side she (nisha) send a collection boy at my home on same day of telephonic conversation with me. That collection boy went my home & ask to my mom for EMI amount. My mom refuse to know about to pay EMI of this month & she said My daughter (me) had not given me. He told that the girl (nisha) about that and she called me in my office and ask to call to my mom. when I did the same my mom said to talk with the guy who came at my home. when I had words the guy started speaking nonsense to me and on another phone line he also talked with that (girl). I told him that I already had words with that girl for payment but she refuse for that and said you (me) are lying nisha said to me. You didn’t had any conversation with her (nisha) even you did not picked any phone call of her (nisha). He publicly insulted my mom.
After that he was shouting in front of my house & also speaking roughly with my mother & told her I will sue you, I will send you court notice and all 7 click the picture of my papa’s car (which is parked in front of my house) from his phone and shouted again that I will take over that car in case of EMI not paid by you. In evening, I called him but at first he refuse to talk but when I asked him about whatever he created scene at my home then he has words that ” ae PINKI , Teri naukri ni kha ra hu main, jo krna hai kar le” I shocked the way of his talking.
After all that I just wanna know what is my falt.?? Is only this I delayed the EMI.. ?? But I never crossed the month above or bounce of any EMI & need to pay in next or next to next month. Even I already had paid in advance of 3 EMI in starting of my loan. & he is behaving like I had never paid any EMI and talking like a owner of Family Credit India Ltd. also that girl (nisha ) lying continuously about the conversation with me.
I want an apology from both of them for their behave with my mom also a compensation from the company for ridiculous behave of their employees of Delhi office in D-mall Pitampura.
