I received a call from SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Gurgaon representative,he told that the card is free of cost. But Rs 2999/- has been deducted in my HDFC bank credit card by senator international,Gurgaon & till date haven’t received any card.Senator international cheated in this regards.Kindly cancel the amount Rs. 2999 in my credit card account.
Also Bank is not informed regarding this deduction. i saw this in credit card statement. i sent mail & complaint on customer care service regarding this problem to bank.But didn’t get any reply from HDFC bank.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO CANCEL THE AMOUNT.
